Making Calls

How do I make a simple call with ZabTalk?
1. Dial any of our access numbers.
2. At the prompt, enter your PIN number. Register your phone for Pinless dialing.
3. Dial country code + city code + phone number.
How do I place a speeddial call with ZabTalk?
1. Login to your account and register your phone.
2. Add your contact.
3. Dial any of our access numbers
4. At the prompt, enter the speeddial code, then press # to be connected.
How do I place a DirectDial call with ZabTalk?
1. Login to your account and register your phone.
2. Add your contact.
3. Dial the assigned DirectDial number to be connected instantly.
Can I make calls from phones that are not registered on my ZabTalk Account?
Yes. When you call from a phone that is not registered on your account, you will be asked to enter your PIN. You can find your PIN on your Dashboard.
I placed a call from my phone, but the system asks for my complete PIN number.
Make sure the phone number you are calling from is registered with ZabTalk. If the number is registered, make sure you registered the number correctly, i.e international format starting with country code. It is also possible your phone provider is not sending your caller id. If this is the case, you may be required to enter your PIN each time you call using that phone.
How do I redial the last dialed number?
Dial *1# when asked to enter the phone number you wish to call.
How do I enable pinless dialing so I don't have to remember my PIN?
Pinless dialing option allows you to specify multiple numbers (cell, home or office numbers) and when you dial using one of those phones numbers our system automatically recognizes you. To enable Pinless dialing option login and register the phone numbers you will be using to call. You can register up to 4 numbers.

Rates and Fees

Are there any extra charges incurred with using ZabTalk?
There are no hidden charges. You are charged for the exact minutes spent on each call. There are absolutely no other charges. No connection, maintenance, usage, or service fees.
Are the rates the same when calls are placed to a cell phone?

Rates differ for each country when calls are placed to cell phones. Usually more expensive than making calls to landlines. Please be sure to check for the cell phone code on our rates table when making calls to international cell phone destinations.

Is there a monthly and/or annual subscription fee for using ZabTalk?

No. There are no subscription fees. You are charged only for minutes spent on each call. There are absolutely no other charges. No connection, maintenance, usage, or service fees.

Do your rates change depending on what time of the day I call?

No. You enjoy our low rates round the clock.

Is there a difference in rates if I call from my home or cell phone?

No, there is no difference; you will get the same low rates calling from home, office, or cell phone.

Is there a difference in rates if I call using the ZabTalk mobile App?

No. there is no difference; But you may save on your mobile phone minutes if you are on WiFi and dial using the App.


Account Management

How do I sign up with ZabTalk?

Click here to register for your Free Account. We will deposit a $0.50 trial credit so you can start calling right away. We also add 5 Free minutes to your first call and subsequent calls on the first day of each month.

I forgot my PIN, how do I retrieve it?

Your PIN is located on your Dashboard.

I forgot my account password, how do I retrieve it?

Use this link to request for a new password to your account.

When would my account expire?

Your account never expires. Once you create an account, it's yours to keep for life.

How soon can I start using the service after registration?

Instantly! However, due to online fraud, some accounts are flagged for further verification and approval. That usually takes a couple of hours on business days.

How can I cancel the service?

You can stop using ZabTalk at any time. There are no contracts and no cancellation fees so there is no actual need to close the account. If you still would like to completely close your account please send us an email to cs@zabtalk.com and we will sadly close it for you. But please, know we work hard everyday to make sure this thought never crosses your mind.

Can I have more than one ZabTalk Account?

Unfortunately NO. ZabTalk allows for only one account per person.


Billing and Payment

What type credit cards do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JB, Dinners Club and Discover.

Do you accept PayPal?

Yes. When making a payment you can choose to pay using paypal or with credit card.

What is the billing increment for calls?

All calls are billed on one minute increments.

I referred someone but did not receive my referral bonus.

To receive a referral bonus, new user must mention your email or phone number during sign up. You cannot refer someone who already has an account with zabtalk.


Mobile Top-up

What is Mobile Top-up?

Mobile Top-up is a service that allows you to quickly and easily top up the prepaid mobile phones of friends and family abroad. Imagine the surprises on their faces when you send them credit.

What happens if i Top-up the wrong number?

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel or reverse already processed Top-ups. It is important to verify number before sending.

How long does it take for the Mobile Top-up to arrive?

The Mobile Top-up credit is normally received within a few seconds. However, some operators may be experiencing delays, which could cause the Top-up to take 12 to 24 hours. This depends entirely on the mobile operator in the destination country. If after 24 hours the Mobile Top-up has not been received, then please let us know, so that we can contact the operator for you.

How do I know if my Mobile Top-up was processed?

The Mobile Top-up is processed immediately you click "send" with the status "Successful". This means that the amount was sent to the mobile operator. It may take up to 24 hours for the mobile operator to update the credit of the prepaid number you selected. You can always check the status of your orders in your account.
